His Excellency President Mnangagwa attended Archbishop Professor Ezekiel Handinawangu Guti’s centenary birthday celebrations

His Excellency President Emmerson Mnangagwa attended Archbishop Professor Ezekiel Handinawangu Guti’s centenary birthday celebrations at Glamis Arena, Harare Show Grounds on 14 May 2023.

Archbishop Guti is the founder of Zimbabwe Assemblies of God Africa (ZAOGA Forward In Faith International). He was born on 5 May 1923, in Chipinge, Manicaland Province. The birthday celebrations also coincided with the church’s 63rd anniversary as it was founded on May 12, 1960.
President Mnangagwa described the event as a momentous occasion in the history of our nation and in ZAOGA.
Archbishop Guti is a patriarch of faith in our nation. President Mnangagwa joined ZAOGA in proclaiming praises and thanks giving accodring to Psalm 107vs1. “Let us all thank the Lord above for he is good.”
