Today, Chief Justice Luke Malaba presided over the official opening of the 2026 Legal Year. In his remarks, Justice Malaba respectfully urged the members of the judicial system to uphold professionalism and integrity. Chief Justice Malaba stated that the Judicial Service Commission would continue to decentralise the courts, expand the implementation of the Integrated Electronic Case Management System, and invest in staff welfare and training.
