This morning, H.E President Emmerson Mnangagwa chaired the first Cabinet session of the year, where he implored government Ministers to focus on achieving goals set out in the National Development Strategy 2. He said the review of licence fees and levies must be concluded within the first quarter to enhance the business environment, attract investment and improve service delivery.
